An easy no fuss Christmas Recipe
Cherry or Strawberry Jelly
Fresh Strawberries (halved)
Fresh Cherries (destoned and halved)
1 cup of sifted Icing Sugar
1. Mix the jelly according to the instructions on the box. Add the fruit to the jelly. Pour the jelly into glasses and place in the fridge and allow to set.
2. Cut discs of sponge cake and place above the set jelly.
3. Whip the cream until soft speak stage and then add the icing sugar and whip til stiff peaks.
4. Add the cream above the sponge and decorate with mint
