There is a huge drive on at the moment to improve Johannesburg’s city centre – subsequently some really cool restaurants have opened up. Tomorrow is a public holiday in South Africa – Human Rights Day, so in light of this public holiday, one of the restaurants decided to have a free beer tasting for micro breweries. It was a fun evening with everyone promoting their own brew. We then had to vote for our preferred beer so that they can be featured at the hosting restaurant – The Chalkboard Cafe.
Make sure to go to www.laurenkim.co.za in a few days to see a full post on the evening.
