Dad you were the best dad any girl could wish for. I know you no longer here but I know that you are always with me. I remember as a little girl you tickling me like crazy at bed time before you tucked me in for the night, the day you came home with a painting of a bird I had done at school which you had framed and hung in the dining room for everyone to see.
You were the one who would sing Pavarotti in the middle of the shopping mall because you felt like it or walk through a crowded area with a “gammy” leg just to make me laugh and when mom was away you would watch cartoon network with us kids.
You lived life to the fullest and made time for everyone from the lady at the till to the president.
You taught me to not take life too seriously and to enjoy every minute of it – just like you did, that hard work and perseverance pays off. You taught me how to not be scared of dreaming big and pushing the boundaries. Family are the most important thing in this world as they will love you through everything.
Thank you for being my father, my dad, my role model and my inspiration. I will always love you forever!
