Hummus is such a yummy, healthy and easy thing to make. It is so quick and the perk its yummy and healthy for you. I love dipping vegetables in it, using it as a spread on sandwiches or a dip for chips.
1 Can of Chick Peas (Drained)
1 tsp of Tahini paste
3 cloves of garlic crushed
Half a Lemon juiced
Salt and Pepper
1. Put all the ingredients in a blender (except the olive oil) and blend
2. Slowly add the olive oil to the paste until you get a smooth consistency.
3. Season to taste
4. Eat on ciabatta or as a dip with vegetables
