Winter is my favourite time of the year – it allows you to layer up, get cosy with some blankets on the couch and make soup. I love soup. This is is hearty winter soup – filling and very very tasty. Berries (rasberries, blueberries, blackberries, Strawberries) 1/2t pink peppercorns 2T caster sugar 300g good quality white chocolate 100ml milk 1 cup cream 2 egg whites 3T castor sugar In a pestle and mortar grind up the peppercorns with the 2 tablespoons of caster sugar until it s fine pink powder.
